In addition to taking exercise classes at the Ross-Worthen Center, our residents have the opportunity to go to Carleton-Willard’s fitness center, where they can use weight machines that exercise all major muscle groups. Our staff is dedicated to working with each resident, focusing on their overall health and well-being, while catering to the individual needs and abilities.
