In 2017 we completed two much anticipated projects – a Bistro and a Village Centre. The Brass Rail offers a 50-seat, casual dining option with table service and an expanded terrace area for eating outside when the weather is pleasant.

The spacious two-story Village Centre is located next to our current auditorium and houses a light-filled art studio, an exercise studio, a business center, a computer learning lab and a luxurious spa offering manicures, pedicures, massage therapy and acupressure. In addition there is plenty of space for pocket pool, arts and crafts, table tennis and meeting rooms. The Brass Rail and the Village Centre give our residents even more options for dining, activities and socializing and expand the space available for some of our most popular activities and amenities. In designing the new spaces, we have made sure to preserve the features of the Village’s common areas that make it so inviting to live here. One of the Carleton-Willard’s biggest assets is our Main Street design, the hub of the Village, where residents run into friends and neighbors several times a day. We have extended Main Street, which leads to the new Village Centre, allowing for even more casual encounters. Want more details? We would love to show you around and tell you more about what we are up to.  Click here.
