Pricing

Carleton-Willard Village has options for Independent Living that vary in size and style, from spacious cluster homes to efficient apartments. But all come with the services, amenities and quality of life that Carleton-Willard is known for.

Pricing consists of two components:

Entrance Fee. This is a one-time fee that is paid when you first occupy your new home, and varies based on the size of the unit and whether one or two people are living there.

Monthly Service Fee. The monthly fee covers the many services and amenities of the Village, such as one meal a day, housekeeping, and the Learning in Retirement program (see Services and Amenities for a more complete list), as well as expenses that you would incur in your current home, such as utilities, property taxes, grounds maintenance and home repair.
