Position Summary: Under the direction of the Administrator and the clinical guidance of the Medical Director, the Director of Nursing Services is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing administering and directing a broad program of nursing service and education. Plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall operation of the Nursing service department in accordance with current Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern CWV.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Current licensure by State Board of Nursing
- 5 to 10 years experience in supervisory capacity in a hospital or long term care facility, including Geriatric Nursing
