Activities Assistant – Full Time (32 Hours)
We are looking for a qualified, energetic and innovative individual to plan and facilitate programs for our state of the art 70 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation unit. Candidate will have the experience working in the geriatric field and experience in documentation to include Assessment, Progress notes, MDS, etc. Candidate will lead programs on a daily basis and will effectively engage Residents during groups. Our philosophy is to enhance our residents Quality of Life based on individual interests by providing a home like and friendly atmosphere.
CTRS /OT assistant / ADC certification preferred
Minimum Education required: High School Diploma or Degree
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
